Responsibilities :
- Sorting, washing, drying, pressing, and folding clothing and textiles with precision and care.
- Employing appropriate techniques to remove stains effectively.
- Undertaking minor sewing tasks as needed.
- Maintaining meticulous records to ensure items are returned to their rightful owners.
- Managing inventory of laundry supplies and sewing kits, ensuring availability for daily operations.
- Monitoring laundering equipment for maintenance needs and promptly addressing repairs.
- Upholding cleanliness standards throughout the facility.
- Engaging with customers to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide additional service recommendations.
- Ensuring ample tokens or change are available for washing and drying machines when necessary.
Requirements :
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Familiarity with various cleaning detergents and laundry equipment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds independently.
- Proficiency in basic arithmetic for inventory management.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Personable demeanor with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
Shift from 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM
