Professional Dog Trainer
This is a Part-time position with Ruff Day Resort - we are expanding with a wait list of new guests needing puppy training and or board and train.
AKC Star Puppy Training abilities and certification required.
Requirements :
- Certified Dog Trainer from accredited institution or equivalent experience
- Comfortable with dogs and their people
- Passion for business and sales
- Highly energetic, self motivated, goal orientated, team player
- Respond and communicate with the public
- Reliable transportation
- Social media skills
Responsibilities :
Responsible for the mental well being of the Ruff Day Resort Students
Responds and communicates with potential / existing clients
Cleaning, organizing and sanitizing of equipment and training areas
Works closely with daycare and kennel staff
Phone and communication skills
Running one evening class per week for puppies
Process improvement
Scheduling
Promoting
Social Media Blast
Charging
Other duties as assigned
Schedule is flexible
