Position Summary : The Corporate Controller is responsible for the financial reporting for the parent entities.

Essential Functions :

• Monthly financial closing for the parent entities including forward-looking cash flow model.
• Preparation of annual budget for the parent company.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliation.
• Responsible for cash management of the parent and 30+ subsidiary entities.
• Work with outside tax firm for the year-end income tax process.
• Responsible for working with various jurisdictions for real estate and personal property tax.
• Monitoring corporate Accounts Receivable to ensure the timely billing and collections.
• Completing monthly bank reconciliations for the parent entities.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Create stronger internal control along with the team.
• Work with CFO on special projects.

Education / Qualification :

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Certified Public Accountant designation is strongly preferred along with experience in hospitality or real estate.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial accounting system Sage 100.

Physical Requirements :

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Attendance / Punctuality : Is consistently at work and on time; ensures work is complete and accurate.
