Job Description
In this position you'll be responsible to engage with teams across the globe to drive higher marketing efficiency with our top 30 Consumer Covered accounts around the world.
As part of your day to day you'll be responsible to drive processes with edge sales and marketing teams to improve marketing impact and ultimately sales through effective Marketing deployment.
From understanding key challenges and opportunities at account level, connecting gaps and opportunities with marketing programs and campaigns available, to crosspollinate BKMs, you'll establish processes and KPIs to ensure we're improving marketing reach and efficiency within our key accounts to drive high sales impact.
Key Responsibilities :
- Improve Buyers' Journey presence on top accounts online / instore : assess status and progress, define custom recommendations, engage with geo teams and account managers as needed on next steps and track evolution
- Define Goals of marketing performance at account level and establish monthly mkt reviews to track progress and ARs to improve metrics
- Understand key challenges and opportunities at account level and provide custom made recommendations for key accounts
- Identify on monthly basis in partnership with instore, advocacy and online HQ and Geo leads key priorities / gaps within top accounts based on scorecard results and engage with local teams to track progress to improve marketing
- Review on monthly basis Online / Instore execution highlights and identify potential BKMs
- Identify gap patterns not covered by existing programs and opportunities to develop new programs
- Evaluate contra marketing key motions and results and provide updates on guidance and priorities based on areas with opportunities of improvement and / or highest ROI
- Identify, categorize and share BKMs across geos / countries on best-in-class execution to improve buyers journey full funnel and / or top accounts BKMs
- Analyze external industry movements on top accounts - opportunities and threats and provide recommendations on how to address
- Coordinate global process for BASCO - Brand Attribution Score and enable Geos to be successful to increase overtime their scores and brand impact
- Develop Strategy of Sales Triggers for Evo premium segment and coordinate with geos opportunities to enable relevant sales triggers on key strategic seasonal dates
The successful candidate will demonstrate :
- Strong business acumen
- Comfortable working across matrixed organization with ability to work with multiple countries / geographies / timezones
- Strong organization, communication and influence skills
- Proven record of project management on multiple simultaneous projects
- Self-starter, unfazed by fast paced working environment or ambiguity
- Advanced PowerBI, PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Office Skills
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing or similar
- 5+ years of experience on Sales and Marketing
- 3+ years of experience on digital marketing
Preferred Qualifications :
- Change management experience
- Working experience at country / geo level
- Previous working experience in Retail and Channel and / or sales

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado :
$97,230.00-$160,990.00
