Assist clients in understanding thedetails of the quotes answering questions and addressingconcerns.
VendorCommunication :
Establish and maintain effectivecommunication with direct vendors orsuppliers.
Coordinate with vendors to ensuretimely delivery and availability of products orservices.
Training :
Participate in trainingsessions to develop product knowledge sales techniques and customerservice skills.
Stay updated on industry trends andchanges toproducts / services.
Documentation :
Maintain accurate recordsof client interactions quotes and salesactivities.
CustomerService :
Provide excellent customer serviceby addressing client inquiries resolving issues and ensuringoverall satisfaction.
