Job Title : UX Data Researcher / Data Analyst
Location : REMOTE EST hours
Duration : 12-month contract would love to be able to convert to perm!
Requirements :
- 3 years of data analysis and reporting experience.
- 2-3 years of experience using Tableau
- 2-3 years of experience with SQL writing data queries
- Passion for video games / video game user experience!
- Proficient in data visualization and developing dashboards.
- Experience in writing detailed reports and presenting data findings / analysis.
- Strong in Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Preferred Requirements :
- Advanced experience with a survey creation platform (Question Pro, Qualtrics)
- Snowflake or Data Bricks experience
Job Functions :
- Create surveys and trackers to support all products and initiatives.
- Advanced, survey focused, data visualizations (Tableau, Excel, Sheets).
- Data queries (HIVE, Snowflake, Tableau).
- Report writing and presenting data.
- Act as backup for all functions of current data researchers
- Provide support to UX researchers on report creation that involves data visualization.
- Quickly pivot with new data to ensure a constant flow of player insights are output as updated player survey data is received to ensure we are always reporting on timely and relevant findings.
- Contribute to overall needs of the UXR team e.g. peer review, supporting other teams with survey expertise, etc.
- Contribute survey expertise to assist others in the company with the creation of surveys.
