Seeking an Industrial Mechanic for a specialized manufacturing facility in Windsor, CT.

Schedule : Monday–Friday | 9 : 00AM–5 : 00PM | Full-Time

Duties : The Industrial Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of complex industrial machinery and equipment, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.

Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems on various industrial equipment.
• Dismantle, assemble, and adjust machinery using manuals, drawings, and standard tools.
• Install, align, and calibrate equipment components.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Complete basic electrical tasks such as wiring, circuit repairs, and component replacements.
• Use precision tools for soldering, crimping, and part fabrication.
• Safely handle and troubleshoot electrical systems, including high-voltage equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with quality standards.
