Ultimate Staffing is looking for great Customer Service Representatives to work in a call center environment.
We service many clients in a broad variety of industries that are in need of strong Customer Service Representatives. A successful candidate in this position will have a minimum of 2 years prior experience in a customer service position.
The ability to multi task and have strong attention to detail is imperative to being a successful and effective member of the customer service team.

Responsibilities :
- Handle high volume of incoming calls
- Assist customer in a polite and friendly manner
- Create purchase orders, update client information in system
- Manage client accounts and support in technical issues
- Resolve any client and customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Update internal databases while fielding calls from customers and / or clients
- Answer pertinent questions as best to your ability to service the caller
Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service setting
- Strong communication both written and verbal
- Good customer service skills
