The ICU RN has the responsibility, authority, and accountability for coordinating and directing care for critically ill patients.
Consistently demonstrates an ability to plan and provide professional critical care nursing care by : obtaining nursing assessment, administering medications, monitoring life support and automated equipment, performing routine and complex treatments and giving emergency resuscitation.
This team member has the qualifications and experience to provide life sustaining treatment and intervention for patients of all ages.
