Position Overview :
As a Transportation Engineer with my TOP ENR client, you will play a key role in planning, designing, and managing transportation projects that cater to the needs of our growing community.
You will collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to create innovative solutions for the region's transportation challenges.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct transportation studies and assessments to identify infrastructure needs.
- Design and develop transportation projects, including roads, bridges, and transit systems.
- Prepare engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project success.
- Stay current with industry trends, standards, and regulations.
- Engage with local and state authorities for permitting and compliance.
- Conduct traffic analysis and modeling.
- Manage project timelines and budgets.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Minnesota.
- Minimum of 5 years of transportation engineering experience.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and design tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of local and state transportation regulations and standards.
- Project management experience is a plus.
