In This Role, You Will
- Work in close collaboration with the CISO and CTO organizations, develop and drive Security and Cloud architecture strategy that is translated into a well governed, measurable, and attainable execution roadmap.
- Evaluate M&A Architecture and Compatibility : Assess the target entity’s IT and network architecture to identify redundancies, compatibility issues, and critical integration or separation points for systems, data, applications, and infrastructure.
- Develop and document a unified M&A architectural vision that aligns with business strategies and promotes standard services and technologies.
- Create a Comprehensive M&A Roadmap : Design a detailed roadmap for systems integration or separation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable progress through well-defined phases, timelines, and milestones.
- Drive execution of Technology Strategy, with particular emphasis on the security and infrastructure / Cloud Domains.
- Facilitate continued Digital Transformation journey by providing the framework, prioritization, governance, and metrics.
- Define infrastructure architecture principles, standards, and guidelines.
- Maintain a roadmap that includes reference, current state, interim state, and target state blueprints and which realizes the security and infrastructure architecture strategies.
- Provide oversight and collaboration with project teams to ensure deployed solutions are in alignment with architecture standards.
- Partner with the business and solution delivery teams to select approaches and products to meet business needs, leveraging and adhering to architecture standards and guidelines.
- Convert high level requirements into architecture blueprints. Prepare presentations, documents, diagrams, models, and other artifacts as required to communicate recommendations, risks, and plans.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Engineers, and others to extend architecture into detailed designs, leveraging established principles, standards and guidelines and advancing the infrastructure enterprise architecture roadmap.
- Provide architecture guidance to project solution architects in support of solution design. Guide identification of assets or services that can be re-used across project solutions to drive consistency, cost reduction, and speed to market.
- Support the Enterprise Architecture Governance processes, providing security and infrastructure architecture expertise as needed to further Kimberly-Clark’s enterprise architecture.
- Facilitate targeted innovation. Research and lead proof-of-concepts to assess and build new capabilities within the security and infrastructure domain.
Work across architecture domains on enterprise level innovations (cloud, mobility, integration, etc.).
- Proactively bring security and infrastructure expertise and strategies into all architecture discussions, decisions and designs that might influence or be guided by architecture strategies and roadmaps.
- Guide, mentor, and help to build the skill and experience of enterprise and solution architects and engineers.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Kimberly-Clark needs and concerns related to security and infrastructure architecture.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and solutions. Identify, quantify, and promote opportunities.

Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive work experience in IT, Strategy, and Architecture.
- Proven track record of leading successful integration and divestiture projects, with expertise in assessing, planning, and executing architectural changes during M&A activities.
- Experience in using architecture methodologies such as Zachman or TOGAF.
- Full-stack knowledge of IT infrastructure.
- Direct experience designing IAM technologies and services.
- Experience with threat modeling and application vulnerability assessments.
- Experience designing and deploying applications and infrastructure into public cloud services.
- Skilled in application delivery, client relationship management, business knowledge, intuition and judgment, and collaboration.
- Able to motivate others and obtain buy-in across all levels of the organization.
- Able to challenge the status quo.
- Strong communication through presentation of strategy to different levels of the organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communications including content creation through various mediums.
- Proven ability to mentor engineering and architecture resources.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SAFe Agile Architecture.
- The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Certification / Experience.
- CISSP Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (CISSIP-ISSAP).
- NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) Experience.
- Experience in Risk, regulations, standards, and frameworks.

Total rewards at Kimberly-Clark includes pay and a full package of benefits that can be tailored to individual needs. The anticipated pay range for this job has a range of $181,200 $260,800 in addition to bonus potential.
Individual pay levels will be based on multiple factors including, but are not limited to, location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
