We are looking for a senior level Solution Architect for our growing Managed Services team. This is an ideal position for someone who is looking for an entrepreneurial opportunity, thinks strategically and moves quickly.

This role will be directly involved with managing a packaging, pricing, sales enablement strategy to double our recurring revenue in this important practice.

Responsibilities

Position, enable and sell our Managed Services offerings with Client Management, Solution Architects, Account Executives and other internal and external sales channels.

Establish productive, professional relationships with key internal partner personnel from Sales to Service Line Leads and Managed Services Delivery.

Manage pipeline of opportunities, communicate sales forecasts and meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.

Operationalize and oversee the solution architecture process, which includes maintaining tools for vetting, scoping, proposals, SOWs, approvals and introduction to the delivery team.

Scope to assist with one-off Managed Services offering to meet the specific needs of larger clients, enlisting the help of additional solution architects as necessary.

Understand the competitive landscape and client requirements so you can effectively position the value of Managed Services and other Armanino service offerings.

Maintain and expand an existing comprehensive approach to Managed Services packaging across all Armanino Technology Consulting service lines, which now include Sage Intacct, Microsoft D365 (FSC, BC and CE), Power Platform, Solver, Salesforce, Workday (Adaptive Planning, FINS and HCM), Automation and Data Analytics, Microsoft GP.

Create service offerings, pricing, and incentives.

Work collaboratively with the marketing team to create go-to-market tools, including, fact sheets, power point slides and web-based information sources that describe the service offerings.

Craft new offerings beyond specific technologies to bring our best and only capability around people, process and technology.

Incorporate client and prospect feedback to evolve the service offerings

Work closely with the Managed Services Leader to set strategy and identify new opportunities.

Drive renewal process for Manages Services clients resulting in expanding the breadth and depth of our services.

Drive additional best and only managed services offerings.

Own customer engagement focused on expanding the customer’s footprint within the firm throughout the renewal process.

Requirements :

BA / BS degree in business, technology, related field or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 4 years’ experience designing and architecting technology solutions.

Minimum of 1 year of Technology delivery experience at Armanino.

Experience working in presales, business development or sales development preferred.

Experience working with marketing in professional services or management consulting preferred.

Strong communication and presentation style with the ability to build strong relationships with prospects, clients, team members, other colleagues, and leadership.

Ability to work independently or across teams and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and progressive environment.

Travel for Armanino business and clients, as needed.

Preferred :

Value pricing of packaged services and product offerings.

Experience managing or growing a portfolio of business.
