Responsibilities :
- The Instrumentation Engineer will assist the site I&E maintenance team as an engineering resource.
- Lead and / or serve on root cause failure analysis and incident investigation teams.
- Develop detailed work scopes for engineered projects.
- Develop maintenance work procedures and preventive maintenance procedures.
- Working knowledge of power system analysis and protective relays.
- Investigate instrument failures and issue recommendations to eliminate further occurrences.
- Participate in Process Safety Management process.
- Provide engineering support for SIS implementation projects, TARs, and capital projects.

Requirement s
- The I&E Engineer will have a BSEE and 3+ years of applicable experience.
- Experience with SKM power tool software is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot motor controls through 4160 volts.
- Size conduits, cables for motors, MCCs, feeders, etc.
- Work with outside vendors on coordination, load flow, arc flash, and other studies related to the plant electrical system.
- Experience with Triconex PLCs is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot instrumentation loops from field to DCS systems.
- Size and select instruments and control valves.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
