You'll have...
in Mechanical Engineering / Computer Science or similar required
Minimum 8 years hands-on experience with HV battery management systems controls including
Cell related algorithms including power capability, SOC determination, capacity estimation, charging, protection strategies, etc.
Advanced knowledge in battery related mathematics (SW filtering techniques, digital signal processing, Kalman Filters,
Expert ability in developing models, working in Matlab & Simulink environments
Able educator and mentor to engineering community demonstrated experience delivering technical training classes / lunch & learn, etc

Strong research capability, able to engage with R&A team and guide advanced developments
Proven go to resource for difficult software / strategy issues; able to quickly and effectively apply technical and quality process knowledge to drive issues to robust closure
