Responsibities :
- Manage and order supply office inventory
- Conduct data entry tasks to maintain accurate records across various platforms including databases and mailing lists
- Filing & General document organization
- Collect timesheets and prepare payments for vendors and hourly workers
- Provide assistance in filing reports
- Provide support for and at Board meetings including assembling and distributing agendas, taking minutes, and sending out calendar invites and reminders
- Draft engaging flyers and outreach materials to support communication efforts
- Assist with HR documentation and onboarding processes for new hires
Qualifications :
- Highly organized, detail-oriented with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and databases
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-sufficient, able to work independently
- Fast learner, self-motivated, and creative
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Communicates effectively both orally and in writing
- 2-5 Years of previous experience in administration
