Lead the Financial Charge!
Our client is seeking a seasoned Divisional VP of Finance to guide their Phoenix division towards continued success. In this critical leadership role, you'll be responsible for driving financial strategy, ensuring accurate reporting, and collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization.
Are you a financial mastermind?
We're looking for a highly motivated individual with at least 4+ years of experience in a Finance Leadership role . You'll possess a strong understanding of financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
As a leader, you'll inspire and empower your team (3 direct reports) to achieve ambitious goals while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
What You'll Do :
- Oversee all aspects of divisional finance, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement strategic financial plans
- Conduct in-depth analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Manage relationships with external partners, like auditors and investors
What You Bring :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (Master's a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, JD Edwards / PeopleSoft (preferred), and forecasting software
- High level of integrity and professionalism
