The Global Fee Consulting team is responsible for supporting the growth of our business through the effective management and implementation of fee policy across the full range of investment products offered by the Capital Group.
As a Fee Consulting Senior Analyst, you will develop fee policy recommendations and support business cases for related fee decisions, while maintaining the existing fee guidelines.
You will serve as the subject matter expert on global investment management fees, educating clients and prospects, business management, sales, and operational teams on fees, expenses, and share classes.
You will conduct regular, extensive benchmarking to monitor the competitiveness of CG investment management fee and expense levels.

- You have a bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.
- You have 3-7 years of demonstrated analytical work experience ideally within the financial services industry, a consulting firm, or a large accounting firm.
- You have knowledge of investment management fees and pricing, including vehicle structures, third-party costs, competitive landscape, reporting, and the regulatory environment.
- You have advanced Excel experience (financial modeling, pivot tables, formulas) and Power BI experience.
- You seek efficiency and consistency by automating and standardizing analysis and related presentation materials where possible.
- You demonstrate intellectual curiosity and analytical skills in complex areas.
- You can analyze complex data and information, create summary materials to share findings, and present conclusions and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- You can identify, assess, respond to, and escalate risks or potential risks encountered through day-to-day activities.
- You have a rigorous approach and meticulous attention to detail in deliverables.
- You have strong planning and time management skills, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
- You can anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders.

Southern California Base Salary Range : $116,974-$187,158.
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, you will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus, and a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
Temporary positions in Canada and the United States are excluded from the above-mentioned compensation and benefit plans.
