The Senior Manager, Finance is responsible for providing key financial advice and support to Care Purchasing Services (CPS), one of the LCS family of companies.
CPS is a national group purchasing organization dedicated to senior living supporting all LCS communities and business lines.
This role also serves as a strategic partner to the business leader.

The Role :
Directs and / or performs financial analysis for CPS to determine past financial performance and project financial performance for : Planning, budgeting and projections / outlooks.
Profitability analysis Pricing Member spend penetration analysis Long range financial modeling (3- 5 year horizon). Performs comprehensive financial analysis related to the business Communicates among the Finance Team, CPS, external parties, and LCS senior and executive leadership.
Influences the execution of business strategy for CPS and all vendors and communities it supports. Provides innovative solutions to business issues and opportunities.
Presents key findings to LCS Senior and executive leadership
Supports communication of operating performance, provides insight into key drivers, and advises on focus areas of the business;
recommends appropriate business levers to achieve performance targets and / or improve performance.
Works closely with LCS Accounting to ensure sound financial practices and reporting including : Accurate vendor accruals and payments Rebate and incentive tracking.
Pricing implementation. Business Development activity and commission tracking
Acts as a liaison with other areas of LCS to drive CPS penetration, procurement efficiency, and cost savings to LCS communities.
Provides and interprets financial information Provides special analysis using LCS approved models / approaches. Provides innovative solutions LCS expert financial voice with the ability to leverage resources throughout the finance organization
Experience and Qualifications :
- Five to Seven years of relevant experience .
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; MBA desired.
- Excellent financial, analytical and problem solving skills required
- Advanced Excel (Power BI) and data analysis skills required.
Knowledge and skills :
- Experience with leading and influencing others to achieve results
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and presentation skills required.
