Pay Rate : $16 per hour

Location : 100% REMOTE except for these states : AK, AZ, CA, HI, OR, VT, WA, WY

Schedule : Rotating shifts including weekends

Role Responsibilities :

  • Handle Inbound Calls : Answer calls from customers and assist with inquiries related to hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and property loss.
  • Resolve Issues : Listen to customer concerns, show empathy, and resolve their issues effectively.
  • Understand Challenges : Take the initiative to understand and address each customer's unique challenges.
  • Proactive Support : Use your expertise to help customers avoid future problems.
  • Special Projects : Participate in special projects and take on new responsibilities as needed.
  • Training : Complete paid training that includes classroom, online, and hands-on learning to master job systems and policies.

Must-haves :

  • Education : Minimum high school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience : At least 1 year of work experience required; 0-1 year of experience with a college degree preferred.
  • Skills :
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and think creatively.
  • Capability to adapt to changes and work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in multitasking with technology (e.g., call handling, loan review, documentation).
  • Attitude : Enjoys helping people, going above and beyond, and providing excellent customer service.
