Cotti Foods began in 1967 with the purchase of one Taco Bell restaurant in Southern California. Since then, Cotti Foods has grown with the addition of Wendy's in 2014 and Pieology in 2015.
The company currently operates over 200 restaurants across 6 states.
IT Field Coordinator
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an IT Field Coordinator and be part of an exciting journey to revolutionize the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry with cutting-edge technology solutions.
As an IT Field Coordinator, you will play a critical role in monitoring IT projects while providing technical support and troubleshooting services across our restaurant locations.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, maintain, and enhance technology solutions that drive operational efficiency and elevate the customer experience.
This role will be 80% onsite and 20% in the field. Travel required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues at restaurant locations
- Install, configure, and maintain POS systems, digital menu boards, kiosks, and other technology solutions
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, diagnostic tests and troubleshooting procedures
- Monitor IT projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Oversee project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to execute project tasks effectively
- Monitor and communicate project progress, status updates and reports to stakeholders
- Oversee vendor relationships, including placing orders for hardware, software, and services
- Evaluate vendor proposals, review contracts, and ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions
- Coordinate with vendors to schedule deliveries, installations, and maintenance services
Required Skills / Abilities :
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in managing IT projects and field support, preferably in the QSR or retail industry
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various restaurant locations as needed
