Temp Jr. Graphic Designer

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or adequate training in design
• Proven experience using a variety of design, editing, and software such as the Adobe Suite
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new design programs and needs
• Ability to use a PC computer
• Ability to remain eager and open to learning new things and growing as a designer
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a sense urgency
• Must possess the following qualities : team player who collaborates well with others, energetic, quick learner, problem-solver, and a self-starter
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information with maturity
• Ability to accept new responsibilities and respond positively to instructions and creative direction
• Strong, professional verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• This role will work typical office hours Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
• Ensure that layout and design are aligned with brand and production standards and follow best practices
• Use knowledge of color, composition, typography, digital design, and production management in daily work
• Confidently express ideas while brainstorming, working collaboratively, and ultimately producing work that reflects it
• Work on level-one projects as design support role under supervision of senior design team
• Deliver creative concepts, designs, and layouts for all deliverables with high attention to detail
• Manage graphic design projects and prioritize projects with the Design Manager to ensure on-time delivery
• Use design comps provided by the Design Manager to develop additional sizes and campaign elements as needed
• Other tasks as requested by management

Compensation range is $25.00-$27.00 an hour. Weekly pay and early wage access-get paid when you need it. Referral bonus. Tax savings with flexible spending accounts for parking, transit, dependents, and healthcare costs.
