FTE : Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift : Days

Pay : $34.62 - $51.93 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary :

This is a full-time, exempt / salaried position on UCHealth's Voice and Data Network team based in Aurora, Colorado. This position is a combination on-site support and work from home.

You must reside in Colorado. Plans, implements and administers network devices and settings for assigned areas.

Responsibilities :

• Configures, tests, and maintains LAN / WAN equipment and related services.
• Manages and / or performs network maintenance, upgrades, and configurations.
• Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network problems. Assists with the design and selection of future platforms, addressing cross-technology and cross-platform issues.
• Manages customer expectations and ensures prompt and complete customer service. Provides guidance and training to departmental staff.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements :

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3 years of relevant experience.

Preferred :

• CCNP Preferred
• IT healthcare experience
