The Employee Health & Education Nurse is an integral team member who is responsible for a variety of programs and functions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to promoting and protecting the health and wellness of Community Medical Center's hospital and clinic employees, processing candidate pre-employment screenings, running vaccination clinics, maintaining detailed records in accordance with regulatory standards, and acting as the subject matter expert resource for all employee health-related matters, representing HR and Employee Health in various committees.
In this role, you will also have the opportunity to teach our up-and-coming caregivers by providing hands-on competency training in relation to our Medical Assistant and other certification programs.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years' relevant nursing experience, including immunization and injection procedures.
Employee Health or Occupational Health experience in a hospital setting as well as experience providing employee education is preferred.
