Responsibilities
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and other legal proceedings
- Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely advice to clients
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
- Maintain client confidentiality and uphold professional ethics and standards
- Attend court hearings when needed
- Take care of the client's case from beginning to end
Qualifications
- Trial Experience
- American Bar Association Member
- Passed Bar Exam
- US Work Authorization
- Strong oral and written advocacy skills
Compensation
$50,000 - $60,000 yearly
