Holman is currently looking for a Senior Auditor to join their team!

What will you do?

  • Lead a team of staff auditors to perform and document tests of the company financial records.
  • Assist in the audit risk assessment for audits of all operations of the company.
  • Train entry-level auditors in proper documentation of substantive audit procedures and documentation of process controls.
  • Provide direction and on-hand instruction on how to conduct tests to determine compliance with accounting standards, laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Review the work of others and provide coaching.
  • Present and discuss audit findings with management.
  • Perform root cause analyses and write recommendations to improve processes.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

What are we looking for?

  • Four-year college degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
  • CPA or CIA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in the field of accounting or auditing.
  • Ability to multitask and organize and / or prioritize tasks for others.
  • Ability to grasp and communicate concepts and respond to coaching.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to provide coaching to those with less experience.
  • Ability to interact and work with employees at all levels in the organization including business units and executive management.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead in a team setting.
  • Analytical skills.

Pay :

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $56,400.

00 - $81,775.00 USD annually for full-time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
