About the Role
Reporting to our Regional Ops Leader, the Practice Manager will own daily management of their local team and geo, ensuring the execution that supports a wonderful team and patient experience.
Specifically, you will :
- Partner closely with local clinical leadership to support and grow the team. This includes the direct management of Health Advocates and Local Mobile Unit Drivers, providing regular direction & coaching, collaborative problem solving, and embodying a sense of servant leadership
- Assume ownership of day-to-day clinic operations and own the local performance of the care model and associated KPIs (e.
g., patient access, patient experience, schedule utilization, local task SLAs, etc.)
- Oversee processes that support core activities and tight execution while also building and testing new processes and workflows that challenge the status quo and raise the bar
- Problem-solve both in the moment and for the future state, remaining ready to roll up your sleeves and dig into the details
About You

This is an in-person role supporting the Greenville, North Carolina area.
Compensation Range : $70,000 - $85,000

Physical Requirements :
Employee must be able to meet the following requirements with or without a reasonable accommodation : This position requires the ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds. The job involves frequent bending, reaching, and kneeling to perform various tasks.
Travel Requirements :
As part of this role, you will be required to spend 80% of your time "in the field" and at your market's HQ. This is primarily for field-based patient care and support, usually concentrated in specific zones but can include travel across the market.
Time at HQ is largely for team collaboration, learning, and alignment.
