Key Responsibilities :
- Project Oversight : Oversee all subcontractors and site conditions, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules, and quality standards.
- Multifamily Builds : Provide oversight for multifamily construction projects ranging from 200-400 units, primarily ground-up work.
- Site Management : Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance at all times.
- Collaboration : Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Must have significant experience in multifamily build projects.
- Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge : In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
