Job Description
We are seeking a Machinist for a client based in Indianapolis. You will be responsible for performing machine setups, tool changes, and adjusting as necessary.
Experience with rotary index machines preferred. Pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Open positions are on 1st shift, Mon-Fri, with mandatory overtime as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Extensive experience operating, setups, tool changes, etc.
Understanding of shop math & blueprint reading / comprehension Geometric Dimensional and Tolerance (GD&T).
Ability to perform advanced quality inspections.
SAP or Enterprise system knowledge
Understanding in the application of similar quality control concepts
Computer proficient and lean skills
Documented manufacturing education / training
