This is a CONTINUOUS recruitment for an applicant POOL to fill part-time, temporary, hourly assignments on an as-needed basis.

Departments or divisions will refer to the POOL of applications on file to fill temporary assignments as the need arises.

The minimum of one of the following awarded / conferred from a regionally accredited institution :

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher AND two (2) years of professional experience; OR
  • Any associate’s degree AND six (6) years of professional experience; OR
  • The equivalent (must request an equivalency review in the application), OR
  • California Community College credential, Valid for Life (no longer issued), authorizing service as an instructor in the appropriate discipline;

License(s) & Other Requirements Working Environment : Essential Duties & Responsibilities 1. Teach the following area :

3D modeling using Maya

2. Teach the curriculum as described online in webcms.

3. Willing to teach online (requires SPOT certification) if needed.

4. Willing to take up SPOT certification under our guidance after being hired

3. Coach, direct, and assist the students in improving their skills.

4. Conduct a classroom ( or online sessions) with the highest level of professional conduct.

5. Be available for students during the regular office hours.

6. Make sure students meet their project deadlines and deliverables.

7. Discuss with the program professors teaching strategies and outcomes.

8. Report to the program professor regarding matters of the classroom and curriculum. Equivalencies Candidates not holding the stated required qualifications who are requesting consideration based on an equivalency will need to answer the equivalency questions included in the application.
