Key Responsibilities
Lead digital design initiatives ensuring alignment with brand identity and aesthetics
Design web, mobile, and interactive experiences while evolving design systems
Translate complex content into accessible narratives and manage projects from discovery to delivery
Required Qualifications
10+ years of professional experience in digital design with a strong portfolio
7+ years of product design experience demonstrating superior visual design skills
Experience in shaping and evolving brand identity through digital design
Hands-on experience with building and maintaining design systems at scale
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; motion or animation skills are a plus
