- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle inquiries from employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Coordinate and manage HR-related events, such as training sessions, team-building activities, and company meetings.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters, employment agreements, and termination letters.
- Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timesheets, updating employee information, and addressing payroll inquiries.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee communications.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
