Responsibilities :

  • Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of new hire packets, scheduling orientations, and processing exit paperwork.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle inquiries from employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Coordinate and manage HR-related events, such as training sessions, team-building activities, and company meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters, employment agreements, and termination letters.
  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timesheets, updating employee information, and addressing payroll inquiries.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee communications.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
