BGSF has joined with a distribution company in search of a Senior HR Specialist. The day to day responsibilities will include General Human Resource duties :
Recruitment and Staffing (roles to recruit will primarily be in manufacturing, engineering, technicians)
Onboarding / Offboarding
Maintains all Personnel records
Tracking performance reviews
Liaison with PEO
Employee Relations
Will support internal and field personnel
Industry experience in Aerospace, Aviation, Defense, Manufacturing, Industrial Parts
In Houston Galleria office with occasional travel to North Houston office
