JOB PURPOSE :
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll leverage your editing, content management, and HTML skills to publish and edit content across company websites.
Your skills will be leveraged to enhance SEO techniques and our online visibility and position us as an industry leader.
You’ll work with cross functional teams to contribute to marketing campaigns, track performance metrics, and optimize user experience.
KEY FUNCTIONS :
- Use editing, content management, and HTML skills to publish and edit content across various digital platforms including all company websites.
- Research and apply SEO to guide digital content that helps us get found via search engines and showcases our company as a leader within the industry.
- Provides Keyword Research findings to content team to guide copy for landing pages and blogs.
- Create and maintain UTM and QR codes that support marketing campaigns and report on performance.
- Support in creating and maintaining documentation for digital marketing, web governance, accessibility, and marketing analytics to track and analyze performance metrics across web and automation platforms, providing insights to inform future strategies.
- Partner with marketing operations, social media, creative services, marketing strategy and marketing analytics team members to optimize and execute digital campaigns.
- Apply design, content layout, navigation and research methods to ensure alignment with the optimal user experience.
- Keep up to date with the latest digital technology developments, identifying new and evolving opportunities for the company that help support the company’s strategic goals.
- Adhere to Midco privacy guidelines to ensure each customer’s privacy.
- Maintain regular attendance as required by your position.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION :
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with focus in digital media, marketing, advertising or related field, or related work experience.
- Exposure to SEO, keyword research planning and updating a Content Management System.
- Excellent command of English language required, plus strong analytical, project management, problem solving, and verbal communications skills preferred.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL & MENTAL QUALIFICATIONS :
- The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- The noise level in the work environment is moderate.

- Employees may be required to work in excess of 40 hours per week and other than normal business hours, such as holidays, evenings and weekends as business demands.
