Job Title : Contract Manager (US Citizen Only)
Location : Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities :
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Manage the contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand contract requirements and ensure effective implementation.
- Monitor contract performance and address any issues or disputes that arise.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all contracts and related documentation.
- Conduct regular reviews of contracts to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on contract management practices.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes for the company.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact contract management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Experience in contract management, legal, or procurement roles.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and negotiation techniques.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and contract management software.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- Certification in Contract Management (e.g., CPCM, CCM).
- Experience in Industry or Sector .
- Experience in ERP systems or contract management platforms.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
