Responsibilities :
The IT Manager is responsible for day to day leadership of the IT department. Works closely with the Senior Management Team to provide strategic direction and project support to meet the IT needs of the hospital system.
Leads to develop excellent IT customer service. Assists IT staff with problem solving and educational needs. Evaluates current health care technology trends and works with the hospital HCIS to meet the needs of the internal customers.
Qualifications :
Education and Work Experience
Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent degree required for all new hires staring 4 / 1 / 14.
2 or more years of supervisory experience required.
Knowledge of healthcare industry and hospital operations preferred.
Experience in MEDITECH or other Health Information System preferred.

Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $66,560.
00 to $98,342.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
