Team up with the President of an impressive & highly profitable robotic and automation equipment company with an excellent reputation and consistent growth (organic & acquisition).
In this position, you will be the top financial leader taking ownership of all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and FP&A for this company with support from the CFO and CEO of the privately held holding company.
All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.
- Roll up your sleeves while partnering with the leadership team to maximize profitability by leveraging technology, process improvement and innovation to improve efficiency and profit in each of the 5 segments / profit centers of this growing company (sales, construction & installation, maintenance contracts, service, and parts).
- Play a leadership role while working closely with the President and leadership team to evaluate, value, complete due diligence, acquire & integrate strategic acquisitions, and dealerships, as the company expands geographically and by becoming a dealer for new OEM’s who serve the same target customer.
- Enjoy support & financial backing of a highly profitable private holding company with an impressive CEO (owner), CFO, CIO, CMO and team.
