Schedule : (Hybrid) Monday and Friday are remote, while Tuesday-Thursday are in office

Salary : $26.00 per hour, with an additional one-time lump sum payment to support expenses

Duration : May to August 2026 Summer Internship

Position Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and analyzing supplier information, pricing trends, and market data to support sourcing strategies.
• Help prepare and process purchase orders, track order status, and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support cost savings projects by compiling data, analyzing spend, and identifying opportunities for efficiencies.
• Assist in maintaining supplier records, updating contact information, and tracking performance metrics.
• Help organize procurement contracts, agreements, and compliance documentation.
• Work with operations, planning, and finance teams to align purchasing activities with production needs.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving procurement processes and enhancing supplier performance.
• Perform general administrative tasks, prepare reports, and create presentations for procurement leadership.
