We are seeking a dedicated, dynamic, and qualified Production Supervisor to help manage and lead our small, growing team of operators to perform production activities that require assembling electronic components and understand the production process and the quality goals of the company to help achieve total customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for the daily coordination of team performance to ensure that daily schedules are on time with zero quality and safety incidents. In addition to the oversight of the team, you are also required to personally work on project tasks as a functioning team member, when possible, though not at the expense of performing leadership responsibilities. You need to be able to perform all functions of the project so you can train and work with each member to improve the team's performance and efficiency.

The Production Supervisor is the main interface with the assemblers on the production floor as well as management. This person provides the minute-by-minute and hour-by-hour direction to the hourly work force in the department and will multitask by splitting time between taking a hands-on approach with in-depth knowledge and experience to build work orders while also overseeing day-to-day operations with respect to product quality and on-time delivery.
