We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Electrical Project Executive to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of our electrical projects.

Job Description :

As an Electrical Project Executive at Hays Electrical Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of electrical projects at construction sites.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Management : Lead project planning sessions, develop project timelines, and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Team Leadership : Manage and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring all members are aligned with project objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and issues, implementing strategies to mitigate them effectively.
• Budget Oversight : Monitor project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and expenditures are tracked accurately.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Reporting : Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and solutions.
• Process Improvement : Continuously assess project processes, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, e.g., Business, Project Management, Engineering .
• 10 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
