CNC Programmers- 2nd Shift

Overview A leading manufacturer in the industrial sector is seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join their production team in Houston. What You’ll Do

Set up and operate CNC equipment—including lathes and mills—to produce complex parts with tight tolerances

Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to guide machining operations

Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other precision instruments

Maintain and troubleshoot tooling and equipment to ensure optimal performance

Collaborate with production and quality teams to drive efficiency and continuous improvement

Uphold strict safety standards while working with machinery and materials

What You Bring

Proven experience in CNC machining, preferably with Fanuc controls

Strong grasp of GD&T principles and their application in real-world manufacturing

Solid mechanical aptitude and hands-on familiarity with industrial processes

Competency in basic math and measurement conversions

Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques
