We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive the company’s financial strategy.

Duties

• Ensure compliance with technical accounting standards such as IAS and ASC 606.
• Manage risk analysis processes to mitigate financial risks associated with business operations.
• Lead cost accounting initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
• Supervise revenue cycle management to enhance cash flow and revenue recognition processes.
• Collaborate with supply chain management to ensure effective expense management across all departments.
• Prepare detailed reports for the executive team and board of directors that provide insights into financial performance.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of market analysis techniques and methodologies.
• Proficient in technical accounting principles, including IAS and ASC 606 standards.
• Expertise in risk analysis to identify potential threats to the organization’s financial health.
• Solid understanding of cost accounting practices to support pricing strategies and cost control measures.
• Familiarity with key financial concepts that drive business success.
• Experience in revenue cycle management to optimize income streams effectively.
• Ability to analyze supply chain costs and implement expense management strategies that enhance profitability.

Requirements

• Accounting Degree - CPA is a plus
• Quickbooks - Non Negotiable
• HR / PAYROLL Experience
• Microsoft Excel (Expert Level)
• Some public accounting experience preferred
