As a Director, Business Strategy on the Merchandising Transformation team, you’ll be based in Bentonville, AR and will serve as the primary point of contact for our merchandising transformation efforts.
You will ensure coordination of various ongoing and incoming projects and reconcile various data sets to ensure the leadership team can make effective decisions and move with speed.
You'll leverage the resources of Sam's Club to truly impact the business and the lives of our members all over the US.
What you’ll do
Oversees strategic project development by leading the Sam’s Club merchandising strategy
Leads multiple cross-functional projects by identifying process gaps, benchmarking industry practices, using data to inform decisions
Use your listening and influencing skills to build partnerships with merchants, team members, enabling groups and business partners
Manages current and future merchandise execution projects by reviewing work plans and aligning project objectives with program goals.
Utilize your adept listening and persuasive abilities to foster robust partnerships with merchants, team members, enabling groups, and business partners.
What you’ll bring
7+ years of experience working cross-functionally to manage complex projects and nail deliverables
Data savviness, a process driven mindset, and ability to analyze performance, assess trends and incorporate insights into future strategic plans

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 6 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience
