My Pet's Vet is looking for a Veterinary Receptionist / Customer Service Representative with growth opportunities at our new Florence, Kentucky Animal Hospital.
At My Pet’s Vet, our main goal is to create a happy and positive work culture. We achieve this by creating flexible work schedules, establishing good workflow and labor appropriation within the hospital, acknowledging achievements using frequent pay evaluations, assisting with continuing education, and rewarding all staff members through bonus programs.

Responsibilities and Duties
Your basic duties as a CSR at My Pet’s Vet are as follows
- Greeting Clients
- Answering Phones
- Differentiating Between Routine and Emergency Cases
- Scheduling Vet Appointments
- Admitting and Checking Out Patients
- Processing Payments
- Communicating Information Between the Clients and Our Staff
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent customer communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent organization skills
- Motivated and passionate about helping animals is a must
- Education : High School or Equivalent
