Job Summary

At FLIK Hospitality Group- a member of Compass Group USA, we are committed to culinary excellence and innovation. As an Executive Chef , you will be at the forefront of our culinary operations at New Balance in Brighton, MA, ensuring the delivery of outstanding dining experiences.

This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a team of dedicated associates in a dynamic and growing environment.

You will manage and lead a team of associates and oversee all safety and sanitation as it pertains to the B&I account. Additionally, as part of the culinary team, you will be responsible for the following :

Key Responsibilities :

• Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the account
• Plans and creates all menus
• Purchases and manages inventory
• Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team

Preferred Qualifications :

We seek individuals who are passionate about culinary arts and have a proven track record in culinary management. The ideal candidate will possess :

• A culinary degree is preferred but not strictly necessary.
• Three to five years of culinary management experience, with a focus on high-volume production and catering.
• Previous experience in managing cost controls effectively.
• An unwavering eagerness to learn, grow, and excel in an outstanding food service company.
