This team has broad knowledge of the business functions to resolve critical and strategic business technology challenges.

Delivery of support will be provided through a combination of staff, contractors and vendor managed service agreements. This team is responsible for adherence to Service Level Agreements for Level 2 and 3 application support services regardless of delivery source.

Minimum Degree Required :

Minimum Years of Experience :

4 year(s) of experience in progressive roles managing IT operations quality control, process improvement, and compliance.

Preferred Knowledge / Skills :

Demonstrates extensive level abilities and / or a proven record of success as a team leader in the following areas :

  • Directing, motivating, delegating and empowering team members in the successful performance of their responsibilities across multiple offices;
  • Building and sustaining high performance culture for the team;
  • Driving continuous process improvements to facilitate a consistent and positive customer experience through process simplification, automation and issue elimination;
  • Driving the use of analytics to identify and execute on opportunities to improve the customer experience;
  • Managing team to assess timely PC provisioning, repairs and disposals, escalating if service level agreements are not being met;
  • Providing PC lifecycle budget oversight, coordinating annual budget planning activities, and performing monthly budget reconciliation;
  • Setting strategy of PC purchase and disposal forecasts
  • Overseeing the monitoring and reconciling of assets at vendor and onsite locations
  • Overseeing the delivery of PC refreshes, including customer communications
  • Providing regular feedback to team and service providers and assessing that improvements are implemented;
  • Establishing and confirming that the team mitigates service quality issues and takes action to prevent recurrence;
  • Recovering relationships with stakeholders and customers after poor service delivery;
  • Seeking out customers to ask for service delivery feedback and suggestions;
  • Managing team to achieve key performance metrics;
  • Building relationships with stakeholders;
  • Encouraging innovation and knowledge sharing;
  • Coaching team members on career progression;
  • Participating in the human resources processes including hiring, annual performance reviews, and terminations;
  • Working with the other managers to execute our IT support strategy consistently
  • Managing and delivering projects by developing the project team, assessing project engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions;
  • Displaying an interest in innovation and commitment to continuous learning; and,
  • Understanding new technologies and sharing knowledge.
