Our mission is to provide exceptional care and support for 42 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, creating a warm and nurturing environment where they can thrive.

The Role
We're seeking a dynamic, hands-on leader to join our executive team. As the Director of Adult Residential Facilities, you'll ensure our homes run smoothly and our residents receive the best possible care.
Description
Reporting Structure
- You'll report directly to the Executive Director (ED).
- You'll be an integral part of the Executive Team, working closely with the ED and Director of Finance.
- You'll lead two Managers of Operations and indirectly oversee seven Program Managers.
Key Responsibilities
Program Operations
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures in compliance with CA Title 22 Regulations for ARFs.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of our seven homes, ensuring high-quality care for our 42 residents.
- Work with the finance team to manage budgets effectively.
Operations Team Leadership
- Guide and support your team of Managers of Operations and Program Managers.
- Assume primary responsibility for house staff hiring, training, and retention; resolve personnel issues fairly and firmly.
- Be our ambassador to stakeholders, diplomatically resolving complex issues with residents, families, regulators, and other government agencies.
Facility Management
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements across all homes.
- Ensure all facilities are safe and clean, meeting or exceeding regulatory requirements.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
Ensure strict adherence to CA Title 22 Regulations for ARFs and other applicable laws.
