Overview As our Inpatient Nurse at CHI Health's Midlands Hospital, you'll excel in your nursing career by providing care to patients admitted to our unit.

Responsibilities Our Nursing units, while separate, work together; and nearly all Surgery, Inpatient, and Emergency RN's are cross trained to work in the other departments.

Your day-to-day nursing tasks will depend on the tailored needs of your patients.+ Collaborate with physicians and nursing team to devise and implement individualized care plans for patients+ Administer medications change dressings monitor vital signs and chart with timely documentation+ Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work care coordination physical therapy occupational therapy lab respiratory therapy and imaging+ Educate patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits while fostering a supportive and compassionate environment Qualifications What You'll Need Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our stateGraduate of an accredited nursing programBasic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required upon hireSpecialty certification may be required after hire #MIDLANDSMS Pay Range $36.
