As the Actuarial Director (Chief Actuary) at Eagan Insurance, you will lead the actuarial department in assessing financial risks, setting premium rates, and supporting strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities :
- Risk Assessment and Pricing : Develop and maintain pricing models and risk assessment methods for insurance products, ensuring they align with company goals and regulatory standards.
- Financial Forecasting and Analysis : Conduct financial projections, reserve evaluations, and profitability analyses to support strategic planning and financial performance monitoring.
- Policy Development : Advise senior management on policy development, focusing on risk management, capital requirements, and investment strategies.
- Compliance and Reporting : Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, producing actuarial reports and disclosures as required.
- Data Analysis and Reporting : Utilize advanced data analytics to interpret trends, identify emerging risks, and recommend data-driven adjustments to policies.
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of actuaries, supporting their professional growth and ensuring high-quality actuarial services.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) or equivalent designation required.
- Minimum of 8 years of actuarial experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of actuarial principles, financial modeling, and regulatory compliance.
