Job Description
Responsible for leading the union hourly workers that handle the daily shipping / receiving functions for the facility. Ensure hourly employees use proper material flow from the receiving / incoming area to the final spot on the assembly line.
Lead safety, quality, and production of incoming material to the assembly floor. Support continuous improvement and coach problem resolution to the lowest level.
