Equity Plan Administrator - Miami, FL

What You’ll Do :
- Lead the administration of our equity programs, ensuring smooth operations for grants, vests, and stock option exercises.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to manage daily transactions, reporting, and equity-related projects.
- Prepare detailed reports for leadership and the Board's Compensation Committee on equity plan performance and utilization.
- Stay on top of industry trends and ensure all internal controls and procedures are current and compliant.
- Play a key role in supporting equity-related requests, including share conversions, issuances, and warrant exercises.
- Ensure accurate accounting, taxation, and compliance across our global equity plans.
- Lead employee training sessions and deliver timely communications on stock awards, vesting, and more.
- Partner with transfer agents, handle stock programs, and help automate and streamline stock administration processes.
- Provide analysis and data for critical SEC filings, including Proxy, Section 13, and Section 16 reports.
